Misuri (unregistered) frozen gravy noodle paste - this product is a home based and popular at the northern side especially n Penang and Kedah. About 400 - 600 packs (500gm per pack) were sold every month last year and most of our first time buyers will repeat their order.
This paste is free from artifial flavouring, colouring, animal elements... 100% pure vegetables!!! If kept in frozen fridge, can last for more than 3 months. You can prepare the popular prawn noodle gravy, beef noodle gravy, vegeterian noodle gravy, chicken noodle gravy and so on!!!
The cost per pack of 1 kilo is below RM4.00 (small scale industry) and the retail price is RM13.00 per kilo.
The reasons of selling the recipe are logistic problem (I have moved to smaller house), no man power, no additional capital BUT orders are almost everyday from repeat buyers!
